Food Production

Basic kitchen is fully equipped with modern catering equipments and appliances. This kitchen is used primarily to introduce the culinary skills to the students and it is the launching pad for the new comers.

  • Regular inter house Chef Competition are being organized.
  • Guest lectures by various Chefs from 5 star hotels.
  • Special Carving training is given to the students.
