Diploma in Hotel Management (DHM) is designed to provide the students with comprehensive Management and Technical skills for a successful career in the Hospitality Industry. The course includes an overall understanding of facets of the hotel industry, including in-depth knowledge in food and beverage service and management, kitchen management, room division and computer skills. Students are provided with internship program in star category hotel/restaurant sector for the vast practical exposure. The course is affiliated to Kumaon University.
