Training & Placement Cell has been formed in the RCHM campus consisting of the Training & Placement officers and faculty representatives in the campus. T&P cell aims at developing hotel relations by continuous interactions with various hotels and thereby creating visibility of the campus and students in hotel sector. Through these efforts hotels are being approached for recruitment, internship, expert lectures and other professional collaborations
Excellent placement opportunities for its bright deserving alumni, has always been a foremost aim for RCHM.The organization considers its job accomplished only after all of its students get an encouraging entrance into their respective professional spheres. To serve this purpose, RCHM has created an active Placement and Corporate Interaction Cell. The target of this cell is to provide appropriate and decent placement to all the students.
As far as training is considered, T&P team endeavors to instill in students an attitude of continuous learning and prioritizing to further their careers. The training programmed developed by the T&P team intends to equip students with relevant employability skills, which include not only technical but also managerial skills. The team has initiated various training programs to inprove students’ employability skills. Students are also trained in Aptitude Tests, Technical Skills and Personal Interviews. These training programmers make students understand what is employability? What various skills required to be employed and expectations of industry from fresher, etiquettes, professional behavior and ethical workplace practices.
All the leading hotel brands share an extremely good rapport with RCHM, thus garnering favorable support for all RCHM students.The placement cell consists of faculty from each stream of all major departments and other Career Orinted Programs to focus on the strategy base with industry.
To make students learn the art of facing interview they are continuously exposed to group discussions and seminars. To help students gain proficiency in communication skills, the college arranged for lectures from renowned personalities from industry and experts from related field. The job accomplished by the placement cell is already commendable, the students have been able to gain placement in differnet reputed organization.
